Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. This information is stored securely via Supabase.

Text You Translate

Text you enter for translation or voice transcription is sent to our servers solely to perform the translation or transcription. We do not store your translation history.

Usage Data

We track how many translations and text-to-speech requests you make each day in order to enforce daily usage limits. This data is associated with your account.

Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription or credit pack, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect billing details such as your name, address, and card details in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Log and Device Data

We automatically collect standard server log data when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This helps us diagnose issues and improve the Service.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We also use third-party cookies from Google AdSense to display advertisements to free-tier users. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to sign in.

If Vietish is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Google AdSense & Advertising

Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Pro subscribers do not see advertisements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Daily usage counts are retained for billing and limit enforcement purposes. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

The Service is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
